Gender Equity in the Workplace

Although women make up about 50 percent of the workforce that they still experience discrimination in several vital areas. These include unequal reimbursement, and a dearth of organizational upward mobility, a paucity of key decision making power, and sexual harassment. Embarrassingly, the answer is yes. It's these small, but purposeful actions that prevent us from attaining progress in accepting women as full and equal partners on the job.


Anti-bias training applications and so on can make some difference in changing operational behaviours, but greater progress may better outcome from each of us looking more deeply into the way we interact with one another beyond surface manners. Clarifying the private values which motivate our behavior patterns will reveal more to us individually and fortify needed advancements than any mission statement or management protocol may. next is now to end gender discrimination.
