Flirting doesn't come easily to everyone. Even the most confident people will freeze up and utter a wimpy "hey" when they see their crush approaching them in the hallways. But don't be discouraged. If you struggle with flirting, we've got plenty of tips to help you master the art of the flirt and get your crush's attention.

1. Be confident. Confidence is the best thing. Your crush (and everyone else) will take notice if you're strutting down the halls like you own them. Your crush will want you to get to know the girl who believes she's special.
2. Show them that you are interested in their lives. Everybody loves a compliment and almost everyone enjoys talking about themselves. Talk to your crush if you have the opportunity. Ask them lots questions about their lives, and show your genuine interest. They'll appreciate how curious you were about them and they'll def be looking forward to another conversation.
3. Pay attention to your lips. Although it sounds absurd, it works. Get pouty and keep chapstick or lip gloss in your bag. When you see your crush coming your way, swipe on a layer. You'll have them imagining those lips all day.
4. Smiling and saying hello to your crushes when they pass you in the halls is a good idea. It's scary to walk down the hall when your crush is approaching. Your instinctive reaction is to glance down at the phone and pretend you're having a heated text conversation. However, ignore these instincts, smile at them, and instead look up. It's not necessary to start a large conversation (unless it's something you are interested in). Wave for a split second, say hello, and then move on. Boom--you will be on your crush's radar.

5. It's okay to ignore your crush, but only for a short time. It seems counterintuitive, right? Imagine running into your crush at McDonald's with a group of their friends. You can say hello to your crush's friends and start a convo. Your crush may feel a bit alone until you reach out to them and include them in your day.
6. Learn how to master the bump-and flatter. You may "accidentally" bump into a hottie at an event. You can even laugh and say, "Oh my God. I am a complete klutz around cute people. They'll be immediately flattered and want to know more about you. You can then introduce yourself and start a conversation.
7. Let them catch you looking at them. It seems very scary. When someone notices you staring at them, they usually turn away quickly to not realize you were actually eating a hamburger. Try this next time. Gather up all the confidence you can. Smile at your crush and smile back, perhaps even wink, when they catch you staring at you. This will make your crush feel confident and will allow you to have a conversation.
8. Take a look at their clothes. Ask about click here or sports jerseys they are wearing. You will be more sincere and interested in the lives of your coworkers, and you will have a pleasant conversation that will allow you to learn more about them.
9. Sometimes, be clear. Maybe you're playing frisbee in the park and you "accidentally" throw it toward the cuties near you. A sarcastic apology can let them know that you are flirting with them (and in on the joke), and may lead to a conversation.
Face, Hair, Eyebrows and Photograph.
10. Introduce your friend. If you're not comfortable starting a convo by yourself, take your friend along. This might seem strange, but sometimes it is easier for someone to approach you for someone else.
11. Fight before they see you. Text, "You should wear that blue shirt tonight--it makes your eyes look amazing :) A flirty text lets your crush know you're thinking of them and will get them excited to see you later. Also, it's a great way to see if your advice was taken.

12. You can start by making something silly to get the conversation started. If you are thinking about picking up lines, the only ones coming to your door are likely super lame, recycled ones. "Did it hurt...when your fell from heaven?" Or: How much does an elephant weigh? Just enough to break the ice! If you are trying to play it smoothly but failing, accept the awkwardness and be adorable! Jughead Jones would be grateful.
