רכיבים:
2 חזה עוף חפים עור סקי, חתוך לרצועות
2 כוסות תרד, מגורר
1 כף. שמן זית כתית

1 כוס ברוקולי טרי, קצוץ
כוס בצל אדום, חתוך לטבעות
1 כוס תותים ריחניים קצוצים
כוס אגוזי פקאן, חתוכים לקוביות
כוס צימוקים
כפית , מיץ לימון
כוס חומץ יין אדום
כפית אחת מלח
כפית זכוכית שבירה פלפל כהה
כוסברה (אופציונלי)
לעשות:

במחבת לא גדולה, מהלך את אותו שמן הזית ואת העוף בקוביות. את אותן העוף יהיה אפשרי להדפיס בסמוך חתוך לרצועות אם שאפשר לבצע את מלאכת ההדפסה חזה עוף שלם ולחתוך אשר לגודל המתאים לבדכם.

השתמש בידיים בשטח בסכין ע"מ לקצוץ אותה המונע חבלות אנשים על ידי התרד. בקערת ערבוב נמוכה מניחים את אותם עלי התרד ומיץ הלימון. לזרוק בעלות קלות. בדבר 4 צלחות הגשה גדולות מסדרים את אותו עלי התרד. עכשיו שהעוף הספיק להתקרר, חתכו את כל העוף.
מעבר רק את התרד בעלות נתחי העוף. מוסיפים את הבצל האדום ואת הברוקולי. מזלפים פשוטות יותר מידי סלט בחומץ יין אדום.
מוסיפים מלח ופלפל לא בהיר לפי חוש הטעם. מעל כל סלט צימוקים, אגוזי פקאן ותותים.
מקשטים כל סלט בכוסברה, אם וכאשר יודעים.
