양파, 고추, 대파를 먹기 좋게 썰어서 넣어주고,
뚜껑을 닫고 1시간 정도 푹~ 끓여줍니다!
먹을때마다 자르기 번거로울 것 같아서
통에 담기전에 먹기 좋은 크기로 잘랐습니다!
진안군에서 후원하고, 부귀농협 에서 주최한 이번 비대면(온라인) 김치축제는 28년의 역사를 자랑하는 마이산김치공장에서 최초로 열린 행사였다.
