묵힌김치는 건더기가 많지 않아 찌개나 국 끓일 때 제격!
집에서 더 익혀서 완전완전 묵은지로 먹어도 진짜 맛있는거 아시죠?
포기김치는 김장김치처럼 딱 담갔을 때 그맛이 가장 맛있는데
묵힌김치는 한국음식 어디에 넣어도 잘 어울리는거 알고계시죠?
김치찜,김치찌개,김치볶음밥 등등
심지어는 엄마가 길게 찢어준 묵힌김치 한줄과
뜨끈한 밥만 있으면 밥 한공기 뚝딱!

오늘은 즐거운 불금!! 불금에는 파티를 해야죠!
양파, 고추, 대파를 먹기 좋게 썰어서 넣어주고,
뚜껑을 닫고 1시간 정도 푹~ 끓여줍니다!
포기김치는 먹기 좋은 크기로 잘랐고,
묵은지는 끝부분만 잘라서 정리해두었습니다!
김치통은 2.2kg가 들어가는 통을 구입했더니
2kg김치가 딱 좋게 들어가요!
진안군에서 후원하고, 부귀농협에서 주최한 이번 비대면(온라인) 김치축제는 28년의 역사를 자랑하는 마이산김치공장에서 최초로 열린 행사였다.
