백김치는 아삭아삭 시원하게 먹을 수 있는 너무너무 좋은 반찬이죠!
맵지 않고, 순해서 아이들도 잘먹는 유일한 반찬이기도 하구요~:)
대추와, 밤 부추 등 백김치의 맛을 내는 핵심 재료들도
많이 들어있어서 너무 좋아요~!
묵힌김치는 한국음식 어디에 넣어도 잘 어울리는거 알고계시죠?
김치찜,김치찌개,김치볶음밥 등등
심지어는 엄마가 길게 찢어준 묵힌김치 한줄과
뜨끈한 밥만 있으면 밥 한공기 뚝딱!
백김치는 살짝 익혀서 왔었지만
조금 더 익혀먹는게 더 맛있을 것 같다!
물론 그냥 먹어도 맛있답니다!
배추김치 , 고추, 대파를 먹기 좋게 썰어서 넣어주고,
뚜껑을 닫고 1시간 정도 푹~ 끓여줍니다!
