C. Rutinitas Muggle Di Pagi Hari
Bagi para muggle, rutinitas di pagi
hari merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dalam menentukan produktivitas saat beraktifitas.
Memulai hari dengan melakukan hal kecil seperti bersyukur ternyata dapat memberikan dorongan semangat kerja yang cukup besar bagi muggle.
Rutinitas pagi yang dapat membuat Muggle lebih bersemangat dalam beraktifitas:
1. Bersyukur
Setiap hari, sebelum Muggle memulai aktivitasnya, mereka mengucapkan syukur terlebih dulu.
2. Menentukan Prioritas
Demi memiliki hari yang produktif, muggle memulai hari dengan menuntaskan pekerjaan yang paling penting.
3. Berolahraga
Sebelum beraktifitas, beberapa muggle berjanji pada diri mereka sendiri untuk berolahraga sedikitnya 45 menit setiap pagi.
4. Bangun Lebih Awal
Bangun tidur lebih awal biasanya bisa menambah fokus bagi muggle.
5. Meditasi selama 5 Menit
Ada muggle yang memulai pagi dengan melakukan meditasi sedikitnya selama lima menit setiap hari agar pikiran mereka lebih tenang.
