They have a high expectation of assertiveness by themselves while others; accommodators might not exactly always compare well compared to that standard. Unmet needs are abound.

Avoiders can exert all the control over those things of others in the conflict as the competitors. Chasing after the avoider who's separated themselves from the conflict may be a futile act, unless the collaborator will get leverage to activate it in to the game. Is it rational to anticipate others to be alert to the opposition's style? It'd be nice, in case not rational, undertake the duty to watch and assess the opposing style yourself and react accordingly.

One should develop skill in utilizing each style along with a chance to shift one of them because situation demands.
