- Casein (makes me feel bad though in the morning...)

I need 3000 calories a day??
I need to increase my weight to increase the #'s i can produce?
My Food...
- Waffles w/ maple syrup
- Cereal with milk
- Clif Bar
- Protein Shake
- Peanuts
- Sunflower Seeds
- Mass gain shake: ice, milk, oats, protein powder, peanuts butter, banana, raw egg.
*My diet lacks: vegetables, fruits, & chicken, beef, lentils, eggs . . .

- Idk if I can drink a mass protein shake every day...
My goals:
- Hit 4-6 Reps for 225 on bench, squat 315 for 4-6 reps, and be able to some v6-v8's when rock-climbing & be able to go bowling.
- I'd like to be able to strengthen my bones & my tendons & be able to keep my strength into old age.
I feel like when I stop working out, I'm left with small arms - and a giant chest/rib-cage . . . I would like to permanently increase the size of my arms into my 30s!
I'd like to save money from going out and buying expensive foods, and just be able to be a good cook.
