Merhaba sizlere bağımlılık hakkında herkesin bilmesi gereken bilgileri bulunduran bir yazı yazdım.

"Alkol bazı hastalılara iyi gelir" hiçbir hastalığa iyi gelmez hatta daha çok zarar bile verebilir en iyisi doktorunuzun size vermiş olduğu ilaçları doğru kullanmak.3. "Alkol uykuyu düzenler" tam tersine uyku düzenimizi bozar.4."Alkol sesi açar" bir konuşmadan veya şarkı söylemeden önce alkol tüketirsek eğer alkol vücuttaki su oranını azaltır ve bu durum ise sesimizi olumsuz etkiler.En iyisi hiç alkol kullanmamak ama eğer kullanmaya başladıysanız Yeşilay'ın çeşitli projeleri ile yardım alabilirsiniz
