Seele Schneider (魂を切り裂くもの (ゼーレシュナイダー), Zēreshunaidā; bahasa Jerman untuk "Soul Cutter", bahasa Jepang untuk "That Which Slits the Soul" adalah senjata oanah yang unik yang digunakan oleh Quincy.
• Fungsi:
Seele Schneider adalah senjata yang lebih terlihat seperti sebuah chainsaw/gergaji, dengan Reishi membuat 3 juta kali putaran disekitar tepi mata pisau. Getaran dari Seele Schneider bukan hanya untuk memotong. Lewat getaran itulah, Seele Schneider melonggarkan ikatan antara Reishi dari apapun yang memotong dalam rangka untuk membuat mereka mudah tertangkap.
Pertarungan Quincy adalah dengan mempertemukan Reishi dan sekitarnya dan menggunakan mereka sebagai senjata pribadi mereka sendiri, dan manifestasi yang paling kuat dari hal tersebut adalah Seele Schneider. Seele Schneider bukanlah pedang melainkan panah
• Desain:
Seele Schneider berukuran sangat kecil dan tipis berwarna sikver dimana ketika diaktifkan, akan muncul cahaya kebiruan dari pisau ini.
• Kekuatan dan Kemampuan
Anhäufer (Jerman untuk "Pengumpul") kemampuan kedua Seele Schneider adalah untuk mengumpulkan Reishi selama pertempuran dengan menyerap serangan lawan. Semakin Reiatsu dan Reiryoku mereka lepaskan maka semakin kuat pula pegangan pada senjata itu. Dan itu memungkinkan para musuh Reishi untuk menjadu pengguna Reishi.
• Sword & Arrow Functionaly: dampak kecepatan tinggi dari skill fisik bisa dihancurkan dengan kecepatan tinggi para spiritual. Seele Schneider bisa memberikan banyak damage kepada seseorang yang fisiknya kuat ketika mereka disersng secara fisik melebihi ketika menggunakan serangan berbasis spirit (spirit-based attack).
