Today, I'll be writing about the good and bad points about having a summer vacation from school. Some good points about having summer vacation are you get too hang out with friends, hang out and do the things you guys all planned to do. Do extra curricular activities, for example; paint, play soccer, basketball, jump rope. You can also visit family members you haven't seen a while, ask them how they're doing, how's it like being in a new country. Depending if they live in another state as well. another thing you can also do is clean. you could clean parts of your room, gaming desk, closet, anything really! it all depends if you have a mess in any of these places. Another good point is, sleeping in. You don't have to worry about assignments or anything now. Good point, back to school shopping. You could go shopping for more supplies that you need or ran out of. Good point of summer, you could go swimming almost everyday due to the weather. last but not least, vacation and no school, you don't have to worry about anything now. Just relax and enjoy the free time you have. Now, the bad points about summer vacation. One bad point is, making lines for almost everything during summer. Summer time is when everyone is basically everywhere you want go visit. The lines are jam packed with a bunch of people. The fair, beach, music festivals, you name it. Another bad point, bugs. Bugs are the absolute worst during the summer. They're everywhere you go as well, you see a few during the day but, at night is when they all appear. Summer is filled with a lot of things. Bad point, no good shows to watch. During the summer, they're like basically no good movies to watch. Just normal Television. You could go to Netflix but, i doubt they'll premiere any movie during summer. Another bad point, food. Food rots way faster in the summer, it rots more faster due to the weather. You can leave a yogurt out on the counter and by nighttime it'll be rotten. another bad point is, having to wear sunblock almost everywhere you go. You have to put on sunblock everywhere you go due to the hotness, there is the option to not wear it but, the consequences are bad. You'll see majority of people with sunblock on since they don't wanna face the consequences. Another bad point, back sweat. You can literally sit anywhere in public for a really long time and you'll start sweating from your back like crazy. It is incredibly annoying, all u feel is wetness on your back. Bad point, watery drinks. As you may know by now, it is incredibly hot. You're probably gonna be thirsty later on. lets say that, you go and get ice for your drink. You leave it on the counter for about 10-15 minutes, you come back and see that your ice is melting. That is literally so annoying. If you don't drink it right away, you'll wind up with water instead of a sugary drink, if that's what you're drinking as well. It all depends on the drink. Last but not least, sand in your car, clothes etc. You go to the beach for a while to enjoy the sound of the waves or seeing the sun set. You see that the tides are coming in way too fast now and you decide to leave, you pack up and you wanna start putting your things away. You see that there's sand on your clothes, shoes, towels, and now your car. Going to the beach can be a real mess, you could also get sun burned. It's very annoying to be honest. In conclusion, these are the good and bad points of summer vacation. :)
