Server Update 3-23-21
Here's a list of all of the updates included in the eighth Server Update!

Staff Updates
I'm sure you are all aware that near the end of February, Gove stepped down from the position of owner to an employee, and named me the new owner. Rem has also left the server, thus effectively resigning from the staff team. However, that's not all the new changes. We have some more new employees! @Savage and @Jehan have recently been added to the team and are already doing great work! Savage is a very active employee for partnering ORGs and casting pings. He sometimes mentions the wrong role though... Anyway. Jehan is the genius behind the @ORG Resort Concierge, a custom-made bot for this server! Speaking of...

New Feature: Concierge
We are very happy to say we have our own bot now! It's currently in the construction phase, but we're hoping that it can soon automate #last-day-casting for you, as well as a few other ideas. making it much easier for you to keep track instead of waiting for us. Stay tuned for more information!

Updated Feature: Reaction Roles
It took us way too long for us to get to this. Oh well. Now we have new roles in #roles for two new purposes. #1, I finally stopped procrastinating and made roles for gender pronouns. You may now go to the role room and assign yourself one of these roles. If you are fine with the use of any pronoun, please pick the "They/Them/Theirs" role. You're free to change your role as many times as you wish, but you are not permitted by the bot to choose more than 1 gender pronoun role.
#2 is an Announcement Pings role. Believe it or not, this is going to be the last time that I plan to ping everyone in the server! You heard me. Instead, whenever I'd usually ping everyone, I will instead ping a new role, called "Announcement Pings". This reaction role works a bit differently. Everyone on the server except bots have been given the Announcement Pings role; if you want to opt out of receiving pings for said announcements, then click on the :noannouncementpings: emote. Announcement pings will be for general server announcements, 5-Star Nominations, platinum partnerships, and tier 5 offenders on the blacklist. Speaking of that last point...

Updated Feature: Blacklist
A few small changes to the blacklist have been made yet again. First off, you've probably already seen the blacklist spreadsheet redesign. It may look over-the-top, but it was designed with readability and navigation in mind. However, the most important part of the redesign is that it will automatically update whenever someone's sentence ends. Basically, the "Sentence Status" will change from "Not Served" to "Served" if someone's sentence has been fully served.
Secondly, there was a small change announced to Tier 2 Blacklists: they have been upped to 1 month instead of 3 weeks, to fit with the pyramid system of ban durations.

Updated Feature: Suggestions
I'm sure most of you think that we're the ORG Portal's little brother, and in a sense, that could be true. Similar Blacklist formatting, same concept, etc. Well, this one is taken from them, unfortunately, but I hope it reduces clutter. The Suggestion Desk category has been introduced. There are now 4 suggestion-related channels. First, we have #suggestion-submission, where you can insert your suggestions for the server. There is a 60s slowmode, however, so be careful. Secondly, when you make a suggestion, it gets logged in #suggestion-log for others to upvote or downvote. If people want to drop their 2 cents on what they think of a suggestion, or for alternate ideas, they do it in #suggestion-discussion. Finally, #suggestion-decisions is where you'll see all suggestions that are approved, considered, or denied.
Please keep in mind that you may not make joke suggestions.

Updated Feature: Platinum Partnerships
This isn't really much since we won't have to worry about it now, but I am placing a limit on the amount of Platinum Partnered servers we will have here. Moving forward, there will be a maximum of 10 servers with the coveted crowns in their channel name. Also, those channels will be required to send a message a minimum of once a month, or they will be lose their status.
