FAQ
1. I sent payment but my order has not confirmed?
If you select BTC as your payment method you may have to wait a few minutes for your payment to reach 2-3 confirmations before your payment screen will update.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Usually our orders don't take longer than 1-2 weeks (business days) to arrive, however this can vary slightly depending on what you ordered.
3. I have a custom order i need made that isn't shown as an option on your website. What should i do?

4. It has been longer than 2 weeks since i ordered and nothing has arrived. What should i do?
You should contact our Customer service email and provide our CS with your order number as well as any other pertinent information you may have. They will reply to you soon.
5. I only want to order a few pieces of something. Is this okay?
No, we normally only sell a min of 50 to 150 pieces of something depending on what it is as bulk sales are better for everyone.
6. Where are you located?
We are located in the Asia region somewhere. We ship internationally so it doesn't matter where you are, we will get your order to your door!
7. I want to order a fake ID. Can i buy one here?
No you cannot buy a fake ID here. This is a site that sells raw materials FOR ID's and related product types. We do not SELL fake id's.
8. Is it okay to order these kinds of materials? Will i get in trouble?
No, you will not get in trouble. Customs doesn't know what we are shipping 99.9999% of the time. Raw material flies right past the prying eyes of your local customs officer.
Additionally, we also have years of experience shipping things like this around the world. We have had 1 seizure in the last 4 years out of thousands of orders.
9. Do we offer payment methods aside from the ones offered on this website?
No we do not. Don't ask because we will say no.
10. What do you specialize in?
We specialize in the sale of raw material for making ID cards and related products. These products include but are not limited to: OVI sheets, Pre-Perforated Teslin sheets,
Multispectrum hologram overlays, Clear overlay stickers, PC/PVC cards with embedded UV features, gloss & matte laminate sheets, Kinogram sticker holograms, custom laser engraving,
custom Offset printing applications, paper / plastic cutting, pre printed sheets (offset or UV-LED), Plastic labels (water bottles / security seal stickers / birthday cards / business cards / magazines /
books / Custom clothes printing "T shirts, hats, pants, hoodie, socks, scarfs, ect. We also make more products. Just ask our CS at [email protected]
11. What payments do you accept?
We accept Bitcoin, Paypal (sometimes), Zelle, and maybe soon we will add a couple others but for now that's it.
12. Do you issue refunds?
In the event of a lost or damaged order we will always be on the clients side. We will not toss you to the curb and say it's your problem now. We will always help you get what you need.
13. Can you sell me barcode generators?
We do not currently sell PDF417 barcode generators.
14. Is the quality of your OVI sheets good?
Yes, we use REAL OVI ink to make our OVI sheets. We do not use bullshit pigment shit to make our OVI. We only use real Government grade OVI. You also cannot scrape it off the surface of the laminate
even if you try very hard to remove it you will fail. This is very hard to achieve and you need real OVI to achieve this affect. This is why our prices are firm for OVI sheets. Usually we sell OVI sheets for
$5 per sheet unless the order quantity goes above 200 pieces. Then the price may drop slightly. The price is exactly the same for our Pre-Perforated sheets which are also of a very high quality made
with expensive equipment that delivers a high level of precision when it comes to making tiny holes in teslin.
15. Why should we order from you and not another supplier?
We have been doing this longer than anyone you might have in mind and we can assure you of that. We know exactly what we are doing when it comes to this niche. Experience gained through long amounts
of time and hard work is a priceless quality.
