Sox2 gene is highly regulated by the enhancer. The 3D genome may be the best way to study enhancers effect on the porteins
The structure may allow enhanceres to reach a certain gene by a method of folding
3D interactions are sequences by crosslinking them together and then cutting and if they are similar they they will attach if they attach then they have strong interactions/close to each other they are cut and sequenced
this showed topological domains parts that interact heaviliy and other parts that are attached together that do not
Topological domains are like the basic folding units and allow restriction of enhancers reach to restrict which genes enhancers activate which genes.

Need to study the rules as to how enhancer promoter intaractions occur so that we can predict them
