ğinde donuk ve sızlama şeklinde göğüs ağrısı;
plevraya yayıldığında ise plörotik ağrı görülür.
Tümör özofagus ya da trakea üstüne basınç
yaptığında boğuk ses ya da yutma güçlüğü
