Ahi 220 kraadi peale( MITTE VEEL) Rulli üks disk 33 cm läbimõõduga värgiks. Pane see 22 cm läbimõõduga vormi. Munavalgega brushi see põhi üle.
2.Kokku kirsid, suhkur ja kartulitärklis. Vala pirukapõhjale. Rulli teine disk samasuureks kui esimene. Noaga lõika 2,5 cm ribad. Tee sellest see võrejama. Trimmi ääred, tee ilusaks. Allesjäänud munavalgega brushi kõik üle. Külmuta 1 tund.
3.Küpseta 40-45 minutit või kuni topping on kergelt kuldpruun.
