Run RMDCALC for clients over 70 1/2-communication screen, [RMDCALC,Acct#], put figure in top margin of portfolio print out.

Run payopts for clients-communication screen [payopts,acct #] [2] XMIT. Use enter to page down. Write on porfolio whether each is Hold/REINV/or ACH--write in top margin toward the top left)

List any SWPS on acct-communication screen [lswp,acct#]Xmit. List the SWPS on top right margin of portfolio.

List full contribution amount for year-communicaton screen [la,name] xmit.[lr] next to acct. List the full amount in the center on the top of portfolio.

If client owns annuity or life-print details page then call vendor and get most recent quarterly statement. Some you can now look up. login & password are on "SOP,login & password".
Verify names and percentages of beneficiaries, verify if there are any monthly withdrawals.

If total Relationship Manager balance is over 100,000.00-print previous FAST report.
Get most recent date [Relationship Mgr; Goals/FAST;FAST;use FINANCIAL DATE]-jot the date down; then (F2, client docs, FAST tab, change date to the date you just jotted down). Find the name on the list, print the report & staple.

Put portfolios, Insurance/Annuity information & FAST report in front pocket of blue 3-ring binder.

Review Beneficiary form on all accts. If they are pending, print and have client sign when they arrive. Scan them in after signature.

Any paperwork required for signature needs to be pre-filled. Ask Melanie day before appt if she needs anything ahead of time so we can be prepared with all paperwork that will be needed.

Print acct details for each client (or joint acct if they have one)-Joneslink; F2 Menu; Acct Details - print. Highlight & have client verify the Registration; phone; NetWorth; Annual Income; statement type.

Review IRA tax withholding choice for each IRA in household [F2 Screen]-Note it on the Acct Details in bottom corner. Verify with client that is correct.

Make sure that stated investment goals (suitability) for each acct (found on Acct Details page) match the investments in the portfolio. If not update [CA,acct#](Compare to Asset Analysis portfolio print out) F4 to save.

Use the LA screen, MK (for marketing) to ensure all names have been updated accordingly.ON ALL ACCTS

Offer information on ACH, Online access, if they don't have it;
Set next year's appt and give card (remember TODO for postcard 1 month earlier)
