Some Notes
What we're doing here, is using Forum Proxy Leecher to leech a metric shitton of proxies. After leeching them, FPL will dump the proxies into Bleach. Bleach is a simple proxy tester that is capable of testing very large proxy lists. Bleach will use 1 proxy judge to test & judge your proxies scraped with FPL, and then give you a finished list. Once Bleach is done, we will then take it's results, and further refine our testing by using Charon. Charon can use multiple judges & has the ability to handle filters, so we can remove bad ranges of proxies and planetlabs or CoDeeNs. Charon is great for giving our proxy list a nice second scrubbing, if you will.

Using Forum Proxy Leecher

open up FPL, you should see:

click the wrench icon to go to the settings window:

make sure you have the boxes checked that I do, in the above screenshot
set forum thread to 100
set total thread to 200
time outs should be set anywhere between 10 and 30; really, anything goes here, but when we're dealing with timeouts - 10 - 30 seconds is good enough

check the top checkbox to select all of the sites in your leech list
then click the blue arrow to begin leeching (sometimes called "scraping")
now we're leeching:

once FPL finishes leeching proxies from your list, it'll automatically launch Bleach, to test them
we'll need to configure Bleach, since I forgot to mention it earlier, we'll do it now
click "stop testing" (since it should be automatically testing already) and set up Bleach like mine is:

when you're done, click "ok" and you can click "test proxies" to start testing again

once Bleach finishes testing your proxies you leeched using FPL, it'll pop-up a finished window, that looks like this:

now, you can use any of the proxies Bleach tests by clicking each button to see those specific classes of proxies, but I always use "all useful"
since we're going to test these a second time, the anonymity of the proxies judged by Bleach isn't a big deal, Charon will handle this for us

theres our list of "all useful proxies." Keep this open for now, we'll come back and grab these in a second

Using Charon
The first thing is to use my filters I gave you in the downloads at the beginning of the guide. Place these downloaded filters in the following directory:
Code:
C:Program Files (x86)Charonfilterfiles
...I forgot to mention, you should also put Charon in program files as well - since it does not include an installer. You'll need to "manually" install it, by making a folder and extracting Charon there. Replace the existing filterfiles (if any) with mine. Now we can begin configuring Charon.

open up Charon. you should see: (probably empty for you, on the first open, but regardless, something like mine)

we're going to need to configure Charon since this is the first time we've used it, so click on "general options"

set your options like the ones shown above, click "ok" when finished
now click on "scan options":

this should appear:

set your options like the ones shown above, click "ok" when finished
now click on "connect options":

this should appear:

set your options like the ones shown above, click "ok" when finished
now click on "filter options":

this should appear:

set your options like the ones shown above
make sure you have everything in the list checked, this is important!
click "ok" when finished
now click on "site options":

you should see:

set your options like the ones shown above, click "close" when finished
now click on "judge options":

you should see:

you can load in some proxy judges here, if you have a list of judges
click "test judges" to make sure the judge (or two, or three) you plan on using works
sort the judges by ping, and use the one with the lowest ping for the fastest results
I recommend using AZenv v1.04 judges
click "close" when finished

Charon Daily Usage Routine
You're finally done configuring Charon. Now that Charon is ready to handle anything you throw at it, we'll cover what you'll do on a daily basis for a typical testing routine. Also note that when I say "routine" I'm not saying some kind of fancy computer term, I literally mean "routine" as in: this is the method you'll use to do this shit every day. Make sense? Great!

click "check proxies" and then "check anonymity of all proxies"

Charon will now check your list, give it a few minutes to finish
once finished, right click anywhere in the list of proxies and click "delete" then "all apart from good, anonymous proxies"

now click "filter list" then "filter dodgy, duplicates, gateways"

sort the list by IP, lowest to highest:

copy the list to your clipboard to use it in any of your tools, or just to copy it to a text file
right click anywhere on the list, click "copy to clipboard" then "copy all IP:PORT"

And that's it. If you do this on a daily basis, it takes 15 minutes or less, usually. Setting this up the first time by following this tutorial will take you some time, but is worth it in the end.

Daily Routine for Leeching Proxies

Start FPL
Click the top checkbox to select all sites, click the blue button to start
Let FPL finish, then let Bleach run until it is finished
Click "all useful", copy all to clipboard
Paste list into Charon (right click anywhere inside the proxy list in Charon, "load proxies" then "paste from clipboard"
Check the proxies
Delete the bad ones
Filter the proxies
Done!
