Bhaiya.. Need an advice..
I have two job offers..
1. First one is with GoFrugal Technologies, Chennai.
- They make retail point of sale software. The ones that are used in Dominos, Big Bazaar etc.
- CTC - 6 lpa. They had three types of offer.
1. 2.4 lpa (Trainee level)
2. 3.6 lpa (Associate level)
3. 6 lpa (Independent performer level)
They offered me Independent performer level. I don't know the significance of it but from what they told me in interview I understand, I ll be given minimal training.
- I don't know much about the job description apart from what they mentioned in their presentation which I don't think is the actual Job Description. Its a product based company and I ll be required to build applications maybe or work on existing applications. Its a very small company so I assume there is less unproductive work and since they want me to join as soon as possible I guess, they have some real work for me.
- They want me to start as soon as possible which means I can start working from April as a regular employee.
- Work Culture - 9 to 7, Monday to Saturdays. Every alternate Saturday is free. Not much employee benefits.

Second one is from SAP Labs, Bangalore.
- They have products in every domain I guess.
- CTC - 6.25 lpa + 2 lakhs sign on bonus. This includes 56k variable pay which i get at the end of the year. There had two offers. One was for Consultancy and other was for R&D lab. I have been offered R&D lab. In, R&D lab there are 3 job profiles.
1. Associate Developer
2. Associate QA Engineer
3. Associate Testing Engineer
They said the job profile will be decided after one month of training and it depends on requirements of the company. However, I asked an employee working in SAP labs through Quora and he told me that chances of getting Developer profile is higher as every team as 7 developers, 2 test engineers and 1 QA Engineer. And also he said, any job profile other than QA is great at SAP labs.
- Expected joining is in July/August. They said latest by Nov/Dec. It cannot go beyond that.
- Work Culture is great. They have great employee benefits. 8-5, Monday to Friday.

I wanted to go for SAP labs. But, since I got a mail from GoFrugal for joining, I am a bit confused. It may be because of my anxiety to start working soon. So, can you please guide me what I should do in this situation. I have few options in mind.
1. Tell GoFrugal that I have alternate offer and I cannot join their company, and join SAP later. I may be wasting a few months.
2. Tell GoFrugal that I have an alternate offer from SAP labs and I am willing to join them for few months. This may lead to possible cancellation of offer from GoFrugal and back to point 1.
3. Join GoFrugal and as soon as I get joining instructions from SAP labs, I can serve the notice period(30 days) and join SAP labs. This may lead to possible problems in getting back my certificates and clearances from GoFrugal. They might think I cheated them. I can be blacklisted my them and by other HRs which are connected to them. Also, possible questions from future employers on leaving my first company within 3-4 months.

Please guide me on this.
