一、久站對身體的傷害
1、久站對身體的傷害程度不比久坐給人造成的傷害低,久站或久坐都會誘發痔瘡,長時間保持不動,會令下肢血液循環欠佳,導致下肢腫脹,甚至可能會誘發靜脈曲張,站立姿勢不當,還會使腰椎因過度彎曲而產生後背疼痛,長期站立對腳的影響也很大,由於腳承受身體的全部壓力,若鞋子不合適,很容易引去腳痛,不但如此,久站還容易誘發血管疾病而影響身體健康,為生活帶來眾多不便。
2、久站、久坐、久蹲由於職業因素加之直腸靜脈無靜脈瓣,位淺壁薄和直腸粘膜下組織松弛,極易使痔靜脈叢曲張和肛墊下移形成痔核。站久瞭還會導致靜脈曲張。
站太久時,這個人的血液就會淤積在下肢的靜脈中,使得下肢靜脈內的壓力增加,最終導致腿部發脹、發麻,出現水腫。
二、久站工作者日常保健要註意:
適度按摩腿部,但不宜按摩過度。正常為一天三次,每次3至5分鐘即可
1、平日盡量避免站太久,坐太久
2、勿拿太重的東西時,防止下身壓力持續壓力大
3、從事久站工作者,應配合穿著彈性襪
4、夜間休息時,可以將腳墊高,促進血液回流
5、患靜脈曲張者較適宜遊泳,騎腳踏車等活動,不適合跳繩。
久站工作者食養原則:
因工作需要不得久站的人,可以通過煲一些營養豐富,具有治病功效的湯水來改善健康狀況,提高自身的抗病能力。比如:絲瓜豆腐魚頭湯,蕎麥面疙瘩湯,黃豆芽沙丁魚湯、白果菠菜湯、胡蘿卜黃豆湯,絲瓜蔥白肉片湯、芥菜牛肉鮮薑湯等。
由於工作的性質需要長期站著的朋友,在生活當中一定要註意保養我們的雙腿和腳。當然,通過一些食療的方法來改善我們身體健康,也是有非常好的作用的。適當的進行休息,變換不同的姿勢都可以緩解長期站長給我們帶來的一些危害。
