Background: Devandra Gerrald Kim anak kedua dari 2 bersaudara. Ia seorang vampire yang berasal dari kedua orang tua yang juga vampire. Memiliki kakak laki-laki yang bernama Jeremy Stuart Kim atau biasa ia panggil Jerome.
Selama beberapa tahun, Devand pisah dengan orang tua dan kakak laki-lakinya. Ia memilih pergi ke Rusia dan menetap disana. Tetapi suatu hari teman ayahnya memberi tau kalau kedua orang tuanya musnah karena 2 orang vampire hunter yang menyerang kediaman orang tuanya. Dan juga ia mendapat info tentang kakak laki-lakinya yang entah kemana. Ia sangat mencintai kakak laki-lakinya, itulah alasan dia menetap di Rusia. Ia takut perasaannya salah.
Pada akhirnya teman sang ayah membawa Devand ke Oblitus Land karena sebelumnya laki-laki yang merupakan teman ayahnya pernah tinggal disana. Menyuruh ia menetap disana untung menenangkan diri. Ia tidak tau kalau kakak laki-lakinya berada di Oblitus Land juga.
