店內女鞋最高價標859元！婁底這個商場查扣假冒女鞋1800雙，涉案金額上百萬
近日，婁底市市場監管局綜合執法支隊根據商標權利人舉報，對市內某商場開展執法檢查，現場查扣涉嫌侵犯註冊商標專用權“貴之步”女鞋1800雙，涉案金額100多萬元。
當天上午，該局綜合行政執法支隊第一時間對涉嫌侵犯註冊商標專用權經營者進行執法調查。涉事門店位於婁底市市中心某商場黃金地段，人流稠密，來往人員較多，店內最貴的一雙女鞋標價達859元。店內及門店背後的隔間裡有大量待售商品女鞋，均標註有“貴之步”字樣。
日前，該局召開綜合行政執法工作會議，明確要求“行政執法要擔當有為，要重點出擊，下猛藥、出重拳”，目前案件已扣留涉案物品待查，下一步將深挖徹查案件。
