When the competitors was over, the owner/MC (not her judge) informed her he'll give her an extra associate for their error. The owner/MC interpreted a "look" on her face and as she walked off he turned on his microphone and revealed to the health club something along the lines of, "we'll repair our errors, but if you wish to get a mindset in here then we'll throw you out of here".</p>

<p class="p__1">He confessed remained in action to my daughter's "look" she provided him and stated she had a poor mindset. I told him that was so unprofessional and why wouldn't he address his misconception of a 13 years of age girl's facial expression with her and her parents instead of attempting to frighten her in front of a whole health club.</p>

<p class="p__2">I went to the front desk and wished to inform someone in charge about this jerk. Ends up the person is the owner. I wanted to have a face to face with this man to address what took place and why. Along with how to avoid things like this in the future.</p>

<p class="p__3">I rapidly discovered that speaking to this guy will probably not be productive. cross fit east cobb does not take useful criticism well. He is really protective. He needs to have latest thing. Based upon his responses to negative criticism, it appears that he believes he has nothing but excuses, and those should be left at the door.</p>

Anybody can get involved in this sport- old, young, athletic, not athletic. It's all about the relationships you develop and those around you who encourage you to be your best! There is absolutely no excuse for his behavior today.</p>

<p class="p__5">I/we slipped up by eliminating your devices and then misinterpreting a "look" and publicly calling out a kid who was exhausted from working out". This was absolutely not a typical experience in crossfit. I hate that there are gyms/boxes out there that believe treating people (specifically kids) like that is appropriate.</p>
