[ Applause ] all right, welcome back as v twin brothers um, it looks like we got some nice weather, we're in the fall season and we're gon na start talking about a little bit of model camping before we put them away for the winter, but uh as You guys watch the soft tail street bob video i mentioned in there that i've been getting into some uh model, camping, i'm really enjoying it, and i uh. I recommend you guys, try it out too, if you guys got the setup for it, but uh kind of continuation with what i was talking about, the bar and the bag. As you can see here, i got a couple extra items. This is what i was talking about um, so you got your air mattress here. I just picked this up at like a local meyer. Walmart probably has them too that they think it was no more than like 30 bucks, and i have the actual hand pump in there too, just rolled up just to make everything. Nice and compact - that was 10 bucks. Real easy to use. Um you'll see in a minute when it's all blown up but um, it's it's a nice uh nice support for your back too, instead of just using a foam pad, which is what i started with originally, which really wasn't worth it and then moving over here. Then you have a chair here from high sierra. I got this at a local dunham's for 30 bucks, relatively inexpensive and you'll, see in a minute how it folds out - and it's just nice to have it on the campfire you're. Just taking it easy for the day and you just like i said you have somewhere to sit in some of these campsites, depending where you're at even like, for instance, this one i mean, there's really nothing here, there's no there's no picnic table. So you just kind of have to figure out yourself, so it's just nice to have. Then i have my motorcycle uh cover here, something i personally like to bring everywhere. I go just to keep it out of the elements. If i can keep it concealed. If you will, depending where i'm at but uh it's a nice little add-on, you know something. I just got the hd dealer for it's been last me for years and then finally on to the tent here, this is another cheap tent. I got at cabell's 30 bucks. Two person tent um, if you're just going it alone, i would highly recommend just you know if it's, if you're by yourself get a two-person, if you want to bring another person, maybe bring, you know, get like a three or four person tent. That way. You have enough room for yourself and um, obviously equipment, but the main thing is you want to try to have enough room. You know also for the luggage capacity too. So fabric coloring dye , it's you want to find a happy middle ground where it's not being too bulky on the bike and then also you have a decent amount of living space when you're out on uh, wherever you're at wherever you're camping. So that's just a quick overview. We'Ll uh cut back to us having everything already set, set up and ready to go and we'll move on from there all right, i got most of the camp set up now, as you can probably see, got my tent up and then my friends 10 up over Here so, but just kind of recap, like i said with the some of the gear i've been using, this is just stuff. I'Ve been slowly accumulating over the actually this past summer really and it's actually working out pretty well um. So air mattress, like i said before: that's it fully blown up and then here's the pump that i got for hand pump they just i just roll this section up into it with some straps that i got. I had to get separate in the camping department. All in the same store at meyer and then um the hose too, you have to be careful with this. Maybe try to put this somewhere safe roll it up, but just don't put it in with that. I just i have a feeling i end up breaking. If i do something like that, but um then there's an air pillow too. I got that cabela's, those 30 bucks. It actually folds into a little pouch this big. So it's actually not bad. You know it's another convenience thing plus you got a little support from the air mattress itself, but uh. The other thing i use to save space and also have some kind of thumb protect for thermal protection at night. Is this uh blank hole? The lazy bear? I found on amazon. This thing is actually really nice um, as you can see it, bundles up pretty quick, pretty small and um. It'S just this little compression sack. If you will opens up like that and uh try to pull this out. Bear with me here i mean this. This thing is like i, i love it. It'S it's very comfortable. I think it's better than a sleeping bag if you're just doing like like summer spring camping, maybe like a few freak days like we are taking advantage of in the fall. This thing will work just fine um. I tried doing some 40 degree camping a couple weeks weekends ago. Uh. It takes a little bit to build up the heat but uh. You know i was looking at something a little bit more stout, but, as you can see, it's kind of thin, but that's the idea. It'S thin. It keeps you warm enough at night when it drops down to like 60, something like that 60 70 during the summer, and then it's just easy to pack and you can have it in your gear and then you know rain gear, harley rain gear that i got A dealer fits into my drifter bag. I got over here and then just a bath towel rolls up real nice. Another thing i got ta admire real, cheap and then um, i put all my bungee cords and whatnot all the the this kind of stuff, like all. Like the packing, if you will in like one of the tent sacks just to keep everything together and as you probably saw on the bike, you know it, it's it's going to take some trial and error using a series of bungee cords and other ways to fasten Everything to the bike, but just be smart about it, be patient. You know, do something. You know figure out something that works best for you. But ultimately that's why i end up using - and you know just make sure, everything's, nice and secure and um. You know just take it on the road and see how it does before you actually start going on these longer trips, and what have you so and then uh? I got my fleece here if i need some extra warmth at night plus, like you cover that in the other video too, that also connects to the bike. It heats me up when i'm out riding, let's say on the way to the campsite: it's dark whatever. I just plug that in get a little extra heat, while i'm on my way over and then further more down here. Another thing i love about this kuryakyn bag comes with the rain proof, or at least rain resistant bag that i put all my clothes in. I only i'm doing a light trip tonight, so i really don't have a whole lot in here, but um when i was doing the up trip that i mentioned, i was able to fit at least four nights of clothes in here then. At that point you have to look for like a local laundromat or if you're, i don't, have some soap buying a river or something like that and maybe just fresh freshen them up so they're, not reeking, but um yeah. I mean just got some pants and whatnot in there keeps it out of the elements you know and then um as far as folding them up. I highly recommend looking up like there's specific folding videos for clothes like this, that we can get the maximum amount of space out of it um. I just kind of just threw these in here just to get the ball rolling because they really didn't have a lot of time this morning, but um, there's that and then here's the chair, another nice little add-on. I really like to bring it with me, as you can see just folds out like that here are the legs they all just. They have these little bungee uh ropes in here. They all just kind of fit together and you'll see in a minute when it's fully assembled so i'll check back with you in a minute all right. So this is pretty much the final product here um for right now, until we do some more in-depth videos in the future and hopefully next summer, once we get a little bit better of a setup but um, i wanted to show you guys how to set the Seat goes together, but it's really not that complicated. I just can't hold the camera and set this thing up at the same time, but pretty much all the whole frame. Just everything just fits into place. It like i said it's all, held together by the bungee string. So the nothing is separate it just everything just slots right in everything you see here i mean it literally takes me like a couple seconds to put it all in the hardest. Part of anything is trying to get these points over this uh, the seat actual the fabric, there's little pockets on all four corners on the top and the bottom. As this thing, as you could probably guess, wears - and you get you know - you get a couple uses out of it stretches out a little bit. So it's a lot easier now than when i first put it together, but when you get these things just be aware that it's not you, these things are a little hard to get over the posts. They just don't want to stretch right, but i mean this thing is very comfortable plus you can. You can have like a little cup holder. I you like to use it. To put you know what a beer pop whatever you want in there. You know when you're sitting by the fire and then uh i mean yeah - that's that's just kind of it for right now and then um, you know going back to the bag. I mean i got like uh, you know your soap and your travel size, soap and stuff in here. You know if you got a shower or something like that, at least your campsite or, like i said, a river or something just to freshen up or you know just wake up from the morning and we're not stinking all day and then for power. I like to use these little battery packs that you can get again at like a local store. I mean this thing. I could charge my phone. I could charge my cena if i'm using it mp3 player, whatever you know or if i want to run power off my bike. It could do that too. If you got a usb port or, however you have it hooked up, that's all up to you, but that's just what i use. So you know overall man, it's a nice set up. It'S growing, you know it's, it's not perfect, but this is what i found to work for this past summer and i'm constantly adapting and evolving with it, and i just love the hell out of it. If you guys have any suggestions or like, let us know what you guys use too, because it's it's. I don't know it's just something about being on your bike and just going everywhere with it and just again, seeing the country and just being able to stop and stay anywhere or any campsite on on a fly like that on. The fly, i should say is just i don't know to me: it's very appealing so yeah. Let me know what you guys think and uh stay tuned and we'll see you guys around thanks.
