Reforms Announcement
Greetings Juzos Staff Members,
I have noticed lately that some Staff have been inactive and have not attended Sessions. All Medium Ranks and above are expected to be active and maintain a good image of the Group. Because of this, the Senior Leadership Team has decided to implement another round of Reforms to retain the active Staff. The goal of this is to promote Staff activity and to help a success path in the Group.
Reforms will only be for Ranks 11 and up. Awaiting Juicer through Head of Juicers will not be examined for Reforms. If you are a Staff Member that is Rank 11 or higher, you have been examined for Reforms. Anyone deemed inactive will be Ranked Valued Customer. Otherwise, you will retain your Rank.
If you believe that you were wrongly Demoted, and would like to submit for an Appeal, please do not hesitate to reach out to any member of the Senior Leadership Team (Presidential Assistant+). Make sure you have valid reasoning and are not just complaining. We will reply to you as soon as possible.
