First of all forget all worries left, David runs a B&B officially licensed by Rome Council Tourist Office since 2003... well, in short for you it means we're PRO and experienced and as you'll step in you'll be protected by law and covered by a guest insurance and whatever incident could occur all medical expenses will be covered, but it never happened in 12 years.
The 2nd good reason is as most of other b&b's give you the dull courtyard view we give the best Vatican view you will ever see towards south and east city skyline which you'll never forget! And you'll be just steps away from the main spots.
Last but not least the 3rd reason: unlike most other B&B's I am the owner with outstanding knowledge of english who is living on the premises and at your disposable 24hrs for any further help you may need, and my big pleasure is to bring you fresh croissants and waffels in the morning, I know you love them.

The loft located in the heart of the city center next to Vatican City (which is a very safe neighborhood), 150mt. from St.Peter's Square, 100mt. from the Vatican Museums, 10mins. walking to the nice and narrow city center streets.
TaoSpace features a great view of St.Peters Dome and Vatican City while ZenRoom also has a second window facing the east city skyline, decorated in blue tones has A/C and free Wi-Fi. Stocked with modern furnitures, a double bed and a regular single bed, Noise-less comfort with double glaze window and total privacy with mirror spy windows. Bathroom out of the room shared with David, you will admire the magnificent piazza while taking the shower and never mind to be seen back.

The place is easily reachable by train/metro from both the airports. The neighborhood has plenty transports facilities and you can join any city spot in a snap.
