palliative nurse - looking after people in the last stages of their lives.
care assistant (health) - this job varies from working in the hospital, maternity ward, theatre, post natal and delivery - this job can also include looking after the elderly with personal care for example, helping with getting a shower. care assistants help with everyday life.
being a health care assistant can be a very emotional job, their role can be very challenging but rewarding.
health care assistants comfort their patients by talking to them and being positive.
midwife
communicate with a mixture of words and signs, hand over information to team members, reassurance and complete routine antenatal checks, find out medical history, reflective practice, choice and consent, preserve their dignity and get consent, use my communication to put patients at ease, multi-disciplinary working and prepare for theatre.
social worker
helps people find housing, helps people with finance's, look at the different options with people, talk to other professionals to see what their opinions are, helps prevent stigma and discrimination and helps empower individuals, helps people with their independence and makes you a very humble person.

to follow policies and procedures in the workplace, healing and supporting recovery for people who are unwell, enabling rehabilitation, providing equipment and adaptations to support people to be more independent for example, giving them a walking walking frame. providing personal care for example, showering, toileting, and supporting routine of service users to include day to day family life, education, employment, leisure activities.
