The lawsuits brought by the two companies against each other have been disregarded.
Fox is facing legal action in connection with the Dominion voter fraud. The company sued Fox in 2011 to stop it from promoting voter fraud. In 2012, a Delaware judge ruled against Fox's request to have the lawsuit dismissed. The request was rejected from the judge. Dominion filed a lawsuit against Fox for $1.6 billion and demanded the judge end the lawsuit. Dominion claims that Fox spread a variety of lies which were later proven to be untrue.
