一個人跑步孤獨？選好跑步路線，帶好跑步裝備，孤獨不在
我已經習慣瞭一個人的跑步。因為一年前從縣城的傢來到省城的女兒傢，看孩子做飯。雖然生活的環境變瞭，但是我一直喜愛的跑步始終跟隨著我。一個人的跑步看似孤獨，隻要你能挖掘跑步的樂趣，使跑步活動豐富多彩，那麼一個人的跑步就不再孤獨。
我的今早晨跑數據
今天早晨4:20起床。習慣性的喝瞭半杯水，吃瞭半根香蕉。穿上跑步衣褲，蹬上跑鞋，到樓下去熱身。然後開啟瞭我的晨跑。跑出小區的大門，迎面跑來瞭一位跑者。那是我熟悉的面孔。朋友道聲“早”，我有禮貌地回敬一聲“早”。然後各自繼續跑步。接下來是一段有3公裡的比較僻靜的公路，車輛行人都非常少。我的有氧慢跑。持續進行。在跑步中感到微風拂面。雖然是炎熱的夏季，但晨跑還是比較舒服的。沉浸在跑步的氣氛中。時而傳來跑步APP的播報聲。你已經跑步2公裡，用時13分40秒最近500米用時3分43秒。平均配速7分鐘，當前心率133。這播報的聲音聽著非常親切，也非常悅耳，他始終陪伴著我的跑步，讓我隨時調整跑步時的呼吸，以及步頻和步幅。達成我想要有的心率。
晨跑中看到有朋友在跑步
不知不覺跑到瞭沈陽的舍利塔濕地公園，這裡有晨練的朋友。當中有打太極拳的，也有幾個人圍成圓圈圈踢毽子的。還有練氣功的，更多的是一些散步的人。過瞭舍利塔公園就來到瞭運河的兩岸沈陽的鍛煉慢道。在彎彎曲曲的慢道上有跑步的，有騎行的。當然還有快走的，三三兩兩。雖然鍛煉的人不是很多，但是他們都是有早起鍛煉習慣的人。
有氧慢跑的心率控制比較成功
我繼續著我的有氧慢跑。時而聽到自己平穩的呼吸聲。也聽到砰砰砰的心跳聲，和噠噠噠的伴隨著我的腳步的手機節拍器的響聲節器的響聲。這就是我一個人跑步時的優美音符，他伴隨著我跑步的整個過程，使我能享受到跑步的無穿樂趣，根本感覺不到一個人跑步的孤獨。
不知不覺我跑步的軌跡完成瞭一個封閉圖形。又回到瞭小區的大門。停止瞭跑步，進行慢跑和步行。起到冷身的作用，然後到小區的運動器材處進行靜態拉伸。大約拉伸瞭8~10分鐘。皮膚上的汗也蒸發瞭，神清氣爽，回傢做飯去嘍。
這就是我的一次愉快的晨跑，雖然是一個人的跑步，但在跑步途中。有陪伴的人群與跑伴。和我喜歡聽的悅耳聲音。使我一個人的跑步，感到很有樂趣。哪還有什麼孤獨呀？
