To the strongest woman I know...
I hope this letter finds you well. I'm a little sad we couldn't find the perfect time to meet up and grab coffee together. At the time of this writing, it has been exactly two weeks after your break up. It surely wasn't easy for you and I am aware of the situation. So how are you now? Have you met the butterflies outside your window, waiting for you to cheer up again? ♡
Anyway, I found a really touching TikTok sound few days ago. It's some kind of spoken letter and it fits you so well so I want to rewrite it for you. Here's what the letter says:
“I don't think you were stupid for loving them, I think you were brave. In spite of all the red flags that you saw. In spite of all the warning signs that you saw. You tried to love someone broken anyway. You tried to heal them anyway. As many times as you tried to show up for them. As many times as you tried to help them. That's not stupid. That means you have a big heart. That means that you love harder than most people. That means when you invest yourself in someone, you go 100 percent. You gave it your all. And just because you gave it to the wrong person doesn't make it stupid. It just shows how you are able to love someone, even if they hurt you. You are able to love someone and look past the pain they cause you. That's how much you are able to love. And that's a wonderful thing. Not everybody can do that. You're so selfless that you're able to love someone who hurts you so deeply and so badly. And you think that makes you weak but it doesn't. It actually makes you stronger. It actually makes you who you are today.”
So to the strongest woman I know. I can't lie but to say congratulations for your break up because it hurts me so freaking much to see you in pain. I wish you a great and wonderful year ahead... Stay safe and stay healthy! Can't wait to see you in a better version soon. ♡ :)
