In 2012, a Delaware judge ruled against Fox's attempt to have the case dismissed. The judge ruled against the petition. Dominion filed a lawsuit against Fox in the amount of $1.6 billion and demanded that the judge resolve the matter. According to Dominion, Fox promoted a numerous unsubstantiated claims that have since been proven to be false.
