A Delaware judge rejected Fox's 2012 request to dismiss the lawsuit. The judge rejected the request. Dominion filed a lawsuit against Fox with a claim of $1.6 billion, demanding that the judge end the lawsuit. According to Dominion, Fox promoted a numerous unsubstantiated claims that were later deemed untrue.
