Ideas and Suggestions (Including vote rewards)
~I apologize if there are any grammatical errors
I will start off with vote rewards, since that is what was asked for in the server meeting.
More is better. Vote rewards should consist of tokens as well as lucky votes, where the voter has a percentage chance of winning extra rewards. Why? It will be more encouraging to vote knowing that you have a chance to win more, while still knowing you will still get tokens. As for the lucky rewards, they can range from money to diamond prot 5. Galistener allows for anything.
To go a step further, you can improve the appeal of /vote. Currently it looks like this ( http://prntscr.com/6m6g7v ) and simply just change to look something like this ( http://prntscr.com/6m6iwm ) Even improving the join message for voting would make voting a little bit more appealing. So something like this http://prntscr.com/6m6mli but you can add Avalon as a title or however you see fit. There is a lot you can do with Galistener and using it to its full potential would only benefit the server.
Recently observing the last few assaults, I noticed that it usually ended up unfair in terms of numbers. Now, I understand some kingdoms have allies the consistently assist them in their attacks or defense. However, it starts out as a 5 v 5 then quickly becomes a 20 v 5. Yes, I understand that sometimes this will happen, but when a kingdom declares a fair assault, let's assume it's a 5v5 and before the assault was called the defender's allies are not or their pvpers are not on. So the assault goes through but not one minute later the defender's suddenly join and rush to their aid making it a 5 v 20. Is this really fair? You can look at it in different ways and argue who is wrong and who is right, but I think I have an answer to promote a fairer experience. About a week ago someone suggested adding dice to the Avalon equation, and my idea ties in with this. There has plenty of time in history where reinforcements where either late or never showed for x reasons and I think if we can incorporate that into Avalon it will add a more in-dept-experience.
For example:
Harren assaults CC. Anberly and Haver aid CC while TheVale aids Harren. Well the aiders would have to roll a dice. 4 and below means they were not able to make it. 5 - 7 Means they will be 5 or 10 min late. 8 - 10 means they arrived on time. Each aider would have to roll it in the hopes they get. This will prevent steam roles.
Another suggestion, have a creative server for players who want to import buildings, that may take weeks to do in survival. It can be white listed and the staff can easily build things that the server needs without lagging out the server with World edit (Not saying its a bad things but it does happen)
