After requesting a refund they are claiming they are unable to release a refund. brightmls was signed up for Brilliant MLS service through my association as a genuine estate agent with ******** ****** *********** *********. Obviously they emailed me, however I never got an e-mail. They easily sent out the e-mail to my business email address, which I no longer had access to. Charging consumers for services without their knowledge is taking and unethical and I hope other individuals will avoid using this company. The subscription agreement signed by all of our customers needs that we get notification of their intent to end 1 month prior to their next quarterly billing.</p>
