2. Влить в яичную массу 100 мл растопленного сливочного или любого растительного масла (без запаха).
3. Добавить в массу полстакана дробленых орехов (я делаю грецкие и фундук).
4. Потереть 2 крупные морковки на мелкой терке, добавить в тесто.
5. Добавить в тесто 2 ч. л. разрыхлителя, 1/2 ч. л. корицы, 1/4 мускатного ореха.
6. Добавить 200-250 г просеянной муки, консистенция должна быть, как у густой сметаны.
7. Разъемную форму для выпекания выстелить бумагой. Вылить туда половину теста (это 2 коржа). Выпекать 180 градусов ~35 мин. Готовность проверить спичкой. То же самое со второй половиной теста.
8. Когда более-менее остынет, разрезать каждый корж на два коржа
9. Смешать 200 г маскарпоне, 200 г жирной сметаны, 4 ст. л. сахарной пудры, по желанию 1 ст. л ликера "Куантро".
10. Смазать все коржи кремом. Чтобы торт был ровным, 4ый корж положить стороной, где резали ножом.
