A killer on the run, you find yourself evading the authorities as you make your escape in your Range Rover down a street. You see an old shortcut and turn right only to discover an abandoned mental institution up ahead; you are safe for now.
As the police cars drive past, you slip into the darkness. The coast is clear, you just got away with murder... or did you?
On your way back towards the shortcut you came from, you become sleepy and suddenly you press too hard on the accelerator and the speed of the range rover sends you flying over the main gates and into the entrance of the Robert W. Traip Institution and you plummet into the shadows. You are injured, and only equipped with a dying camcorder. Where are you now? You must escape this asylum.
A fractured leg, a broken camcorder, in the middle of one of man's great casualty of progress. This is the price that you pay for escaping the police.
It reeks of death in here; the stench of insanity, success and festering of old hopes. A shuffling rises up from the infinite darkness before you.
