For this edition we will also host a Dissertation Workshop. Eric Kupferberg returns to give his very well-received workshop on "Transforming Your Research Area into a Full Dissertation". For early doctoral students or doctoral students getting into the dissertation stage of their program, this workshop is for you.
When: Saturday, April 18 from 9am-9pm (AZ time) on Zoom.
Workshop goes from 10am-1pm, and Eric has kindly offered himself as a resource before, during, or after the Write-A-Thon as well.
How it works:
Traditionally, the Write-A-Thon used a group pomodoro method to create a productive environment and group rapport. The main room will still be used for this purpose. However, breakout rooms may be created with different sets of rules; e.g., complete silence or casual conversation, upon request. The dissertation workshop will have its own room.
