For the past few weeks I have been trying to get started as a Technician under Travis Hankins. At first, everything was good and response was prompt however he took more than a week in some cases to respond. I have text messages I can show as proof.
I did a day of training with him and 4 days with another Technician. I have repeatedly told him to log my training but he refused. Under Vivint company policy and Federal Law, reimbursement for work done. I have messages outlining when I was picked up/picked up technician for training. I ask that my proper reimbursement be given immediately. I also ask to be able to return the tools as to avoid fees associated with them. This is due to my manager ghosting me at times and refusing to get me started. After having waited for a long time, I had to search for new opportunities.
