- In no way will Vivelink LTD be liable to you for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings, loss of data or any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use such Software. We verify your license periodically when you are in the admin, this is to verify that you have a valid license key. Do not share your key with anyone, or your shared key could be turned off.
- In order for you to maintain a valid license, you must maintain all AV Revenue and VIP Revenue feeds active. Failure to do so will result in a license revoke. If we receive complaints from sponsors that you are abusing their content by not properly advertising their sites with their content, we reserve the right to revoke your license. Vivelink LTD reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
