merhaba zahide hanım. ben sude aksoy, akdeniz üniversitesi gastronomi ve mutfak sanatları mezunuyum. televizyon programınızda her türden mutfağın yemeğine yer vermişsiniz ama osmanlı saray mutfağından olan bir tatlıya yani namık paşa tatlısına hiç yer vermemişsiniz. yapımı bu kadar basit olduğu için mi yer vermediniz belki de daha önce hiç duymamışsınızdır. namık paşa tatlısının çok hüzünlü bir hikayesi vardır. namık paşa ile 2.abdulhamidin kızı refia sultan arasında çok büyük bir aşk yaşanır. namık paşanın refia sultanı istemeye gideceği gün sarayda bir çeşit irmik tatlısı yapılır. lakin namık paşa ingiliz bir süikastçı tarafından öldürülür. o gün sarayda pişen tatlıya da namık paşa tatlısı ismi verilir. yapımı çok kolaydır. bu tür milli değerlerimize sahip çıkmalıyız. sırf size bu mesajı göndermek için instagram hesabı açtım. hem bu korona günlerinde evdeki malzemelerle yapılabilecek hafif bir tatlıdır. lütfen şu gönderdiğim fotoğrafı paylaşıp şu linki de eklerseniz beni çok mutlu edersiniz. şimdiden teşekkürler.
