I can relate to this question, due to the fact I notice all the devices me and my family use everyday to make our home projects, work and activities more fun and easier.
Smart Watch:
-I have a watch that keeps track of my pace, miles and calories I burn burn for the day.
-My moms watch is a smart watch it also tracks her calories, workouts and runs. She can message, receive messages, listen to music and communicate on social media and even make phone calls. it's like a cell phone on her wrist.
Cell phone:
-I can play games, make phone calls to get in contact with friends and family that live far away. I get to talk to my grandma in Mexico and send and receive photos.
-My mom uses her phone to work part time as a delivery person for Instacart, Doordash and Uber eats. Navigation helps tell her were to go and distance and time of arrival. because of this technology it gives her the opportunity to make some extra money and she is able to work on her time.
Our computer and internet:
-We are able to communicate with friends and family.
-We are able to work from home, do online school work.
-We can go to meetings, video chat, fill out applications; watch movies and listen to music.
- we can make purchases through several online store to buy pretty much anything.
-The internet helps us connect with everyone, it also helps provide us with so much information around the world.
Power tools:
My moms boyfriend has a lot of power tools and lawn equipment, he spends his days building additions to our home and land, he recently built a shed and a porch. Technology has made these tools more powerful and faster to get project done faster and more efficient. Cutting the grass and doing land scaping is so much easier too.
Types of tools he uses are skill saw, drill and impact wrench
We have a gas riding lawn mower that I have fun sometimes cutting the grass
