It's very difficult, I'll try my best to explain everything. Always keep TOR browser on a computer. Use it at the safest level with NoScript on its default settings at minimum. Never allow anything that requires noscript to be lifted to be used. Never enable javascript. Never download anything unless it is to a seperate media drive (i.e. cd player), or to a device without any means of connecting to the internet (i.e. Raspberry Pi 0). Make sure to never include details about you (i.e. never say good morning/night, where do you live, what's your name, what's your age, etc.). Also keep the browser window at the default size. If the browser ever needs to update, do so IMMEDIATELY. Never use a VPN unless it's a paid service that has a proven track record of not recording logs (I'd recommend looking up the VPN on reddit, they normally have details if they are truly no-log or not or whether it has a shady history). Every time you open a new page, either press ctrl+shift+l or open the menu and click New Tor Circuit For This Site. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, otherwise you can be traced. Never name accounts based on accounts you own on the regular web. Never use the same password for ANY service (even different usernames is recommended). Make sure the passwords are OVERLY strong, I'd recommend at least 20 characters if allowed.
