1) I think that the players are trying to get warmed up whenever they can by moving energetically and practicing common doubles shots and preparing themselves mentally.

2) I think that the players are trying to be confident and not worried so that they can attempt the shots that could be used to win many points, and not think about anything else in the background, like cheers, other thoughts.

The gym atmosphere, I'm guessing you're relating to the "emotions" of the crowd, is exciting.

The gym atmosphere, I'm guessing you're relating to the physical atmosphere of the crowd, is very big and somewhat dark, so the players can easily see the bright white shuttlecock, but since the height of the stadium is very tall, the players might not be used to it.

3) When a person is receiving a service, they stand at the very front of the service box, with their non-dominant foot right behind the line. I believe this is because they can put pressure on the server, and so that they can attack more and easier if the server serves a slightly high service. Also, since these professional players are tall and swift, they can easily move to the back of the court or intercept the service if the server flick serves.

When a person is serving, they also serve at the front of the service box so that their service is more controllable, in terms of height and distance. They also try to become taller by standing on their toes so that their service is flatter.

4) The receiver of the service always does a flat shot, like a drive or net shot, and almost never lifts, since they would not want their opponent to have opportunities to attack the opponents' first shot.

5) Kevin Sukamuljo and Marcus Gideon drive the shot as a response to an attack, and after they defend the shot, they immediately move back to the centre, but this time, they advance to the net so that they can counterattack any of the opponents' next shots, normally also a drive.
