We are sorry to let you know that your order has been cancelled as the seller’s partnered courier service provider could not find anyone at the delivery address to collect the package despite several attempts.
Please make sure that either you, a friend, or a family member is available at the address to collect the package when it is out for delivery.
Also, we have shared your feedback with the courier service provider and they'll do their best to make sure. As you are one of our valued customers, your satisfaction is one of our primary concern.
However, we would like to let you know that the seller would require your bank details to refund the amount paid for the order/ the seller is unable to initiate the refund using the bank account details provided by you. .
You can update your bank account details using a link that will be shared via an SMS shortly at your registered phone number.
On updating the details on the link, you will receive all the refund related details through an email and SMS.
Please do not share the account details through an email or over a call to ensure the security of your bank account. Rest assured, we'll take utmost care to keep your account details secure.
