Description - At least there will be less annoyance after this fight... right?
The connections between Charlie and Orange are that they're living non-human speaking living beings. Both are known irritating others, including their own friends and even fictional or non-fictional icons, as well as do Q&As and even has their own channels. (askcharlie and Annoying Orange Gaming, respectively) Both have a history of fighting zombies, wielding guns, and most famously, knives. They also have a similar looking animation and editing, due to the way the added-in mouths for the characters are shown.

The (1st) name refers to Charlie's habit of calling people "booves" and Orange's line ("You're an Apple")
The (2nd) name refers what both Charlie and Orange are.
The cover shows a broken bottle upside down with liquid in a unhealthy brown color pouring down, referring to Charlie's booze addiction. Next to the bottle's handle is an orange circle with Orange's iconic face. To the left of both the bottle and orange is a light blue line connected to the Smosh symbol of the same color. One word is on the top of the line and at the bottom are two words. Together make up "Annoying Guinea Pig". This refers to the label shown at the bottom left corner of every Annoying Orange video.
