While most people will benefit from a daily B-complex supplement, it should be a high quality capsule (tablets are produced under heat and pressure, which destroy some B vitamins).
Most B vitamins are water-soluble, so the body can easily get rid of any overdoses. The B12 here is methylcobalamin, which is good.
However, be careful with folic acid, which can cause cancer as it's synthetic - you really need folate, the natural version of vitamin B9. Jarrow claims it's B9 is folate but, as another reviewer wrote, the folate line on the back of the bottle itself states "from folic acid and quatrefolic" and on calling the company learned that 350mcg of the total 400mcg is cheap, synthetic, cancer causing folic acid.
Premier Research and Innate Response and Standard Life offer natural vitamins - see my review of "Supplements Exposed: The Truth They Don't Want You to Know About Vitamins, Minerals, and Their Effects on Your Health". Synthetics work short-term but always have a longer-term "cost".
Brewer's Yeast (organic) might be the best economical choice for NATURAL B vitamins - it includes B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), B9 (folate - not folic acid, the synthetic B9 which can cause cancer), B7 (biotin) and also choline and inositol as well as selenium and other helpful stuff. It does not have B12 even if the label claims it does.
