Special Containment Procedures: SCP-980 is to be kept in a room entirely made of acid resistant metals, such as nickel, copper, aluminum, and lead. The room may hold basic amenities, but all sharp edges are to be dulled down, as to prevent injuries or self harm. Subject is aloud to eat in the canteen, as long as they are not crying or do not have an injury. However, subject is not aloud to walk freely, due to mood change that could result in destruction of property and potentially leading to a breach.

SCP-980-B is a small nickel locket, dated to around 1940. The locket is a heart, and inside is a picture of a man in his late 20's, wearing an american uniform from WWll. This locket is anomalous in the fact that, since 1940 and despite SCP-980's acidic body fluids getting onto it, the locket nor the picture have retained any damage.

SCP-980-C is a gas mask, also dated to 1940. Like the locket, it has received no damage from SCP-980. SCP-980 was found wearing this gas mask, and refused to take it off for a while.

Description: SCP-980, formerly known as Clarissa, is of Caucasian descent. She appears to be 16, but interviews show that she has been alive since the 1700's, making her immortal. She has light pink hair, and her eyes are missing. X-rays show that her organs are made of an acid resistant metal, most likely copper, and her skin is lined with it as well. This probably explains her lack of dying.

SCP-980 is very peculiar in the sense that whenever she cries, bleeds, salivates, or sweats, acid is replaced by the bodily fluid supposed to come out. She is not safe from this acid, and is covered in acid burns all over her, but it is mainly on her face around the eyes. If not for the copper lining in her body, mouth, and tongue, the acid would have killed her from the inside out. This acid harms other people, but for SCP-980 to use it against someone, she'd have to harm herself.

SCP-980 is very emotional, and is prone to crying. Though she reveals very little about her past, she is found to talk to 'someone', whom she calls 'Hector'. When talking to this unknown person, she seems happier. However, when she stops, she gets very emotional. It is theorized that this 'Hector' is the man in the locket photo. SCP-980 has been diagnosed with depression, and is also deprived of nourishment, as the acid in her mouth makes it difficult to eat.

Additional Notes: SCP-980 was found in a small town, in small apartment building that was abandoned. She was found through a driver's license, that hadn't changed in decades. The room she hid in was destroyed by her acid, and was almost unlivable. She was very skinny, but whether that was due to lack of eating or inability to eat is unknown.

When SCP-980-B was being taken from SCP-980, she got very aggressive. SCP-980-B had to be taken by force, and afterwards, SCP-980 went into a depressive state. She refused to eat, talk, and cooperate for a long time. She still holds a grudge to date.
