Job Description:
EEI is looking for Senior Architect to support strategic application integration development efforts for a leading financial institution. The Senior Architect will be responsible for driving the analysis and integration efforts bringing together disparate wealth management and brokerage systems into a common next generation ecosystem.
Job Duties:
Work closely with and advise management on application integration and solution design to support a cohesive future state integrated application suite taking into consideration front-end user experience, solution integration, application architecture, data, platform and system integration.
Assist application owners and stakeholders with aligning business goals and objectives with a target state application architecture that meets integration objectives and enterprise standards.
Conduct and facilitate current state analysis and future state integration design and planning.
Evaluate critical requirements including but not limited to Application Design, Workflow, Business Process Management (BPM), Web Services, Database, Application integration, Infrastructure, Platform, Cloud and other dependencies.
Develop and drive High-Level Integration documentation working closely with key stakeholders and business analysis teams.
Leverage PowerPoint and Visio to represent future state design and integration plans.
· Define, develop and iterate, implementation and integration roadmap.
Required Skills/Background:
10+ years Application Architecture and Software Design Practices.
Relevant experience in:
Software Architecture, Design and Integration
Web Services and Java
Workflow and Business Process Management
o Experienced and knowledgeable in Enterprise Data Systems and RDBMS Platforms
Agile & Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Management
Application & Solution Design experience in building and integrating WM & brokerage applications within the financial services domain is highly preferred
Highly skilled in use of PowerPoint/Visio to support Future State design planning
Experience in web & cloud architecture and design
Knowledge of Application Development/Engineering Practices
Knowledge on Infrastructure, Platform and System Integration Practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage well with senior management
Financial Services a must
Wealth Management and Brokerage System highly preferred
