SP = Skill Point is the number of attacks possessed by the weapons / skill used
AP = Attack Point is one of the Skill Points possessed by the weapons / skill used
HP = Health Point is one of the Skill Points that reduce your HP when you got attacked
From the AP and HP explanations above, then :
If we attack, our AP is reduced
If we are attacked, our is reduced
For beginner level, you will learn Combat without weapons but with martial arts that will be taught in Louisane. You can use weapons when you go to the next level and you can buy your weapon at Equipment Shop.
Before combat, you need to do the preparation such as draw a Rune to resist attacks as well as freezing your opponent. To use this rune, you must use Stele, so make sure you already have it.
Combat preparation is only used when you want to fight the Demon. It should be noted that Basic Gear must be used at any time, as well as sensors, witchlight and stele are also mandatory to be taken anywhere to protect yourself especially when you are outside Louisane's castle. This is because we cannot predict when and where demons will appear and attack us.
Following are the Runes that will be used in combat according to Level:
Beginner :
Combat Preparation: Courage and Action

Ultimate:
Combat Preparation : Strength, Flexibility, and Accuracy (if you use long-ranged weapons)
Defensive : Deflect / Block

Combat Preparation: Enlighten, Equilibrium, Accuracy (if you use long-ranged weapons)
Defensive : Deflect / Block
Stun : Vision
NOTE:
For Level 2 you can fight Lesser Demon, you must have at least 3 Shadowhunters on your team
For Level 3 you can fight Lesser Demon by yourself. But to fight Greater Demon, you must have at least 5 Shadowhunters on your team
